At Bay Smokes, we’re committed to getting your order to you quickly, securely, and with care as stated in our shipping policy. Here’s everything you need to know about how we pack, process, and ship your favorite products.
Where We Ship From
All orders are packed and fulfilled from our warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team works hard to process it as quickly as possible.
Order Processing & Tracking Info
After receiving your order, we create a shipping label and send you an email or SMS update with your tracking number. Orders are typically shipped out the same day or by the next business day, Monday through Friday. We do observe federal holidays, and any delays or changes to our schedule will be posted in the announcement tab on our website.
Please note: If you’ve received tracking information, it means your label has been printed and the package is awaiting pickup by USPS, usually within a few hours or the following business day.
Shipping Times
We ship via USPS, and standard shipping typically takes 2–5 business days to arrive anywhere in the continental United States. However, during peak seasons, holidays, or other high-volume periods, USPS delivery times may be extended. Unfortunately, USPS does not guarantee shipping speeds, even with express options.
If your order is time-sensitive, you may choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout. While these are often faster, please understand that shipping speeds are not guaranteed, and we are unable to refund shipping costs for carrier-related delays.
Discreet Packaging
We understand the importance of privacy. All orders are shipped in discreet, generic packaging—either bubble mailers or plain brown cardboard boxes. There is no mention of cannabis, hemp, or Bay Smokes branding on the exterior.
Small Business, Big Heart
As a small business, we take pride in providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We’re doing our best to ensure your package is packed carefully and shipped out on time. Once your package is in USPS’s hands, we no longer have control over delivery speed, but we’ll always support you if any issues arise.
If your package is delayed in transit, we recommend contacting USPS Support with your tracking number for updates. However, feel free to reach out to our team—we’re here to help where we can!
