Where We Ship From
We fulfill all orders directly from our warehouse in Charlotte, North Carolina. As soon as your order is placed, our fulfillment team gets to work to process and prepare it for shipment.
Order Processing & Tracking Info
After we receive your order, we immediately create a shipping label. Once the label is generated, you’ll receive an email or SMS update with tracking details. Most orders ship out the same day or by the next business day, Monday through Friday.
We do observe federal holidays. If there are any delays, we’ll post an update in the announcement tab on our website to keep you informed.
If you’ve received tracking info, it means your package is either ready for pickup or already in USPS’s hands. Sometimes USPS delays updating their system, but rest assured—your order is on the way.
Bay Smokes Shipping Times
We use USPS, FedEX, UPS for all standard shipments. Typically, delivery takes 2 to 5 business days within the continental United States. However, during busy seasons like holidays, deliveries may take slightly longer.
If you’re in a hurry, you can choose Priority or Express shipping at checkout. While these options are usually faster, please note that USPS does not guarantee delivery times. As a result, we cannot issue refunds for carrier-related delays.
Discreet Packaging for Peace of Mind
Your privacy matters to us. That’s why we ship all orders in plain, unmarked packaging either generic bubble mailers or brown cardboard boxes. No branding or cannabis-related terms appear on the exterior.
